Saintélyon for enlightened lovers
With more than 60 winters, Saintélyon is a historical monument of running in France.
The legendary night raid between Saint-Etienne city and Lyon city, Dean of ultra races, became a phenomenon and the biggest race nature of the hexagon in terms of participants.
Trail and road race at the same time (50% trail and 50% road), endurance racing’s “premier” with a spirit of adventure, Saintélyon is the major appointment of the end of season and literally captivates everyone participating in solo or relay.
Running at night, in the heart of a huge ballet front of the peaks of the Lyon city’s mountains is always, whatever the weather, synonymous with magic. To participate one day is one of the major steps along the route of a runner. They are, each year, more and more to taste the adventure it provides.
